Erin Leger joined Percy, Smith & Foote, LLP, a predecessor firm to Smith Segura Raphael & Leger, LLP in 2006 as an associate. She is currently a partner specializing in antitrust litigation. Ms. Leger has represented direct purchasers in numerous antitrust matters including Meijer, Inc., et al v. Abbott Laboratories, et al (Norvir Antitrust Litigation), 07-cv-5985 (N.D. Cal.); In re: Lidoderm Antitrust Litigation, MDL 14-md-2521 (N.D. Ca.); In re Namenda Direct Purchaser Antitrust Litigation, 1:15cv7488 (S.D.N.Y.); In Re: Opana ER Antitrust Litigation, 1:14-cv-10150 (N.D. Ill.); In re Louisiana Wholesale Drug Co., Inc. v. Smithkline Beecham Corporation et al (Lamictal), 2:12cv995 (D. NJ); and In Re: Suboxone (Buprenorphine Hydrochloride and Naloxone) Antitrust Litig., No. 13-cv-2445 (E.D. Pa).
Ms. Leger also has experience in litigating class actions cases involving Rico, including, In re EpiPen Direct Purchaser Litigation,0:20-cv-00827 (D. Minn.).
Ms. Leger received her B.S. in microbiology from Louisiana State University in 2003 and her J.D. and Bachelor of Civil Law was conferred by LSU in 2006. Ms. Leger has held many positions in both the State and local bar associations and has served on many local boards over the years. She is an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
